Role Overview

Zonic Tech Solutions is a leading provider of business automation solutions built on the Zoho ecosystem. This is a full-time remote Zoho Developer internship role where interns will assist in configuring and customizing applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk to meet unique client operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Zoho applications based on client requirements.
• Develop and test custom functions and workflows.
• Build reports and dashboards.
• Integrate third-party applications using APIs.
• Support data migration activities, including cleaning and mapping.
• Troubleshoot issues and document technical changes.
• Collaborate with senior developers and project managers in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Foundational skills in Zoho platform usage and configuration.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting such as Deluge, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of APIs and web services for integrations.
• Comfort with databases, data structures, and data migration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
• Academic background in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time remote environment.
