Software Engineer – ServiceNow

Role Overview

ZoomInfo is seeking an experienced Software Engineer – ServiceNow to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across platform customization, integrations, scripting, and solution implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform hands-on development across components including UI Pages, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and optimize server-side and client-side scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, and GlideRecord.
• Execute data management activities including migration, transformation, and validation.
• Perform unit, system, and integration testing to ensure reliability.
• Provide production support, defect resolution, and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and execute user stories.
• Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, and Flow Designer.
• Experience designing and developing REST and SOAP APIs for enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform governance and security best practices.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools.
• Experience with API-driven architectures.
