Web Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an SDE 1 - Web Developer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing all web pages and web properties of ZOOP One. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend development skills, an eye for responsive UI/UX, and experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and marketing to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the ZOOP One website and associated web pages.
• Build responsive, mobile-first, and cross-browser compatible web interfaces.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and scalable code.
• Ensure optimal website performance, speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.
• Maintain website security and implement industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot bugs and deploy fixes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to launch new landing pages, product pages, and campaigns.
• Continuously improve user experience through performance optimization and modern web technologies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Web Development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO fundamentals.
• Knowledge of browser compatibility and debugging tools.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or Headless CMS).
• Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience working with Figma designs.
