QA Intern

Role Overview

Kick-start your QA career by breaking our products before our users do! At Zrutam LLP, we build and ship web and mobile products, and we need someone whose job is to be the last line of defense between our code and our customers. This is a hands-on learning role for a QA/Software Tester Intern.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: Fixed Stipend
• Location: 100% Remote WFH / Bhubaneswar [STPI - Gothopatna]

Responsibilities

• Test new features across web and mobile (Android/iOS) before they go live.
• Perform basic API testing using Postman to check the backend.
• Design and maintain test cases and checklists.
• Identify bugs, write clear, reproducible bug reports, and verify fixes.
• Run functional and regression testing.

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates (CS/IT degree is a bonus).
• Solid manual testing fundamentals (STLC, SDLC, test cases, scenarios).
• Familiarity in API testing using Postman is a strong plus.
• A tester's mindset focused on edge cases.
• Mandatory Application Step: Identify a real bug in a daily-use app/website and write a 4-5 line report.
