AI Engineer Intern– Product Support

Role Overview

Zycus is seeking passionate AI Engineer - Intern candidates for a hybrid internship combining AI Engineering with Product Support. You will develop AI/LLM-based features while troubleshooting enterprise SaaS products and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to optimize AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications via APIs.
• Provide technical support by performing root cause analysis and managing incidents for AI-powered applications.
• Support product configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into product improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 2025 or 2026 graduates only.
• 0–1 year of experience in AI/ML, software development, or technical support.
