Role Overview

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes and how to translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
• Ability to work with declarative tools and programmatic development within the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within Salesforce environments.
