Role Overview

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Responsibilities

• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Job Control Language (JCL).
• Strong understanding of scripting and automation within mainframe environments.
• Experience in developing and maintaining batch processing jobs using Job Control Language.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and optimize job workflows for improved efficiency and performance.
• 15 years full time education.
