Graduate Engineering Trainee

Role Overview

Algoworks is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Engineers to join its structured training program. Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of paid technical training focused on programming, problem-solving, databases and software engineering fundamentals. Based on performance and business requirements, trainees will be aligned to Java, .NET, DevOps, or Salesforce development tracks and progress toward full-time engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Build strong fundamentals in programming, OOP, data structures and problem-solving.
• Learn and apply SQL, Git and software development best practices.
• Work on technical assignments, mini-projects and practical exercises.
• Participate in code reviews, technical assessments and mock interviews.
• Gain exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development.
• Develop applications or solutions based on the assigned technology track.

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E., MCA, M.Tech, BCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science/IT.
• 2026 graduates preferred.
• Basic knowledge of any programming language such as Java, C/C++, Python, or C#.
• Understanding of OOP, DBMS and basic SQL.
• Good analytical, logical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• No active backlogs at the time of joining.
• Minimum 60% marks required throughout academics.
