Python Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Python Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship is a great opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience building real-world applications using Python and modern development practices. You will work closely with experienced developers, contribute to live projects, and learn how software is designed, developed, tested, and deployed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Write clean, readable, and reusable Python code.
• Work with REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Debug issues and improve application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
• Write basic unit tests and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
• Learn and follow Git, version control, and software development best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Python fundamentals.
• Familiarity with OOP concepts, data structures, and basic algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.
