Research And Development Intern

Role Overview

College Circle AI is an AI-powered company building the Academic Intelligence Layer for colleges. We are looking for a Research Intern who wants to spend the next 8 months working on real research that can become part of the foundation of our product. You will work with our research and technical teams on areas such as student personalisation models, foundation prediction models, and AI/ML approaches for personalised education.

Responsibilities

• Research, experiment, document, validate, and contribute to research that can influence product development.
• Understand student learning behaviour and identify useful patterns from limited data.
• Build initial prediction models for new students.
• Translate research findings into actual product capabilities.
• Collaborate with a 5–7 person research team alongside technical and product teams.
• Maintain research documentation and contribute consistently throughout the 8-month duration.

• Enjoys reading and understanding research papers.
• Wants to conduct experiments rather than only study theory.
• Ability to work with data and possess analytical thinking.
• Ability to commit to an 8-month internship duration.
