Role Overview

The Full Stack Analyst will support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of end-to-end digital and analytics applications across front-end, back-end, database, and deployment layers. The role requires hands-on technical capability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and support back-end services, APIs, and application logic using technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Work with databases including SQL and NoSQL systems for data storage, retrieval, and integration.
• Support integration with enterprise systems, cloud services, third-party APIs, and data platforms.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and application performance optimization.
• Assist in deployment, environment setup, version control, and CI/CD activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, test cases, and deployment notes.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UI/UX teams, data engineers, and solution architects.
• Monitor application issues, support production fixes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience in full-stack application development.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of back-end development using Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and application integration.
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in agile delivery teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software development, application support, or full-stack engineering.
