Job Description
Role Overview
As a MERN Stack Developer Intern, you will work alongside our development team to design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications. You will gain hands-on experience in building scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and contribute to real-time project development cycles.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and optimizations.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Stay updated with current trends and advancements in MERN stack development.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Good understanding of JavaScript, ES6+ syntax, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience in developing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Familiarity with React.js and component-based architecture.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Working knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Next.js is a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in full-stack development is preferred.
