Job Description
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Trainer, you will deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars both in-person and online. You will be responsible for designing relevant curricula, assessing learner progress, and providing mentorship to help students master full stack development technologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and webinars through interactive demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
- Design and update curricula based on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate participant progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in full stack development.
- Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to learners.
- Collaborate with trainers, developers, and stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full stack development, including proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.
- Prior experience in a teaching or training role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information.
