AI Native Product Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-Native Product Engineer with 3+ years of professional software engineering experience who can independently own features from customer requirements to production deployment. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack engineer with expertise in C#/.NET, React/Next.js, APIs, SQL, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment, along with a product mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end—from requirement gathering to production release and continuous improvement.
• Design and develop scalable frontend, backend, REST APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js/Next.js.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, and production-quality code.
• Debug complex application and production issues across the technology stack.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, API, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in pull request reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Deploy applications and troubleshoot development, staging, and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support release processes.
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Use AI coding assistants and AI agents for development, debugging, testing, documentation, and automation while ensuring code quality through proper validation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with React.js and/or Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend development.
• Experience with SQL Server or relational databases and ORM technologies.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with automated testing and quality engineering.
• Practical knowledge of Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud environments.
• Strong debugging, software architecture, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
