Responsibilities
- Strong Functional skills in OTM SaaS including: Order Management Shipment Planning and Execution Business Process Automation (Configuration and Administration) Appointment and Dock Scheduling Freight Payment and Rate Management
- Hands on experience with day-to-day OTM systems issues and providing resolution on complex issues such as troubleshooting workflow and planning issues.
- Technical Skills should include: OTM Integration types, knowledge of XML, Agent, Action, Saved Query, Menu and Screen set configuration.
- Working with OTM Log files User configuration BI Publisher
