Web developer intern (Framer/webflow)

Role Overview

This is a full-time, remote internship for a Framer & Webflow Intern. You'll work closely with the founders to design and build high-converting websites and landing pages for our clients using Framer and Webflow. The role combines hands-on design execution with practical exposure to how B2B and SaaS companies build websites that convert visitors into customers. This is a hands-on execution role where you'll work on live client projects, build responsive pages, and learn modern no-code/low-code web design practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites and landing pages using Framer and Webflow
• Convert Figma/design mock-ups into fully functional, responsive pages
• Optimize page speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement CMS collections and dynamic content in Webflow
• Set up basic animations and interactions using Framer
• Collaborate with the team on layout, UX, and conversion-focused design
• Conduct QA testing across devices and browsers before launch
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing client websites
• Collaborate with the founders on design and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Framer and/or Webflow (personal projects, freelance work, or coursework)
• Basic understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus but not mandatory
