AI-Driven - Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI-Driven - Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver end-to-end features. This role focuses on integrating advanced AI coding workflows and multi-agent AI applications into a modern microservices architecture, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver end-to-end features across React/Angular frontends and Java/Node.js microservices.
• Own prompt structuring, validation, and refinement for AI-generated code to ensure correctness and security.
• Leverage AI coding agents like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code by authoring customisations including agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers, and plugins.
• Build multi-agent AI applications using Agent SDKs to orchestrate collaborative workflows.
• Implement test-driven development (TDD) using Jasmine, Jest, and Karma.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions and manage cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain observability standards using ELK, Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Requirements

• High proficiency in AI-driven coding workflows and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing AI coding agent customisations (agents, skills, hooks, MCP servers).
• Strong expertise in micro-frontend architecture (single-spa / Module Federation).
• Solid backend experience with Java (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud) and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka-based event streams, and microservices.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
