Shopify & WordPress Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are Inspia Technologies, looking for a passionate and motivated Shopify & WordPress Developer Intern to join our team immediately. This is a full-time remote internship opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn, build, and work on real-world development projects. You will work on Shopify and WordPress websites, theme customization, bug fixing, and website optimization while collaborating with our design and development team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Shopify and WordPress websites.
• Customize Shopify and WordPress themes based on project requirements.
• Work on responsive website design and frontend improvements.
• Support in integrating plugins, apps, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize website performance.
• Collaborate with designers and developers for smooth project execution.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and user-friendly.
• Learn and implement modern development practices and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience or internship experience in Shopify or WordPress development.
• Basic understanding of Shopify theme customization and Liquid.
• Knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
