Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer within the New Initiatives AI Labs at Joveo, you will join a high-speed, high-stakes "Special Ops" team dedicated to building the future of AI-powered recruitment marketing. You will lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products, moving from whiteboard sketches to production-ready, scalable realities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from concept to production.
- Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate directly with CXOs to shape the strategic technical roadmap.
- Own the full development lifecycle, including development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling.
- Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments through rapid prototyping.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience building and scaling products.
- Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
- A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and automate processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant technical architecture.
- Technical versatility across backend, infrastructure, and LLM integration.
