Role Overview
Joveo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the New Initiatives AI Labs, a high-speed "Special Ops" team focused on building the future of AI-powered recruitment marketing. You will be the technical engine behind ambitious AI-led growth stories, taking greenfield products from concept to production-ready reality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from whiteboard sketches to scalable reality.
- Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate directly with CXOs to shape the strategic technical roadmap.
- Own the full development lifecycle, including development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling.
- Build, test, and iterate on AI-driven experiments through rapid prototyping.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience building and scaling products.
- Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
- A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and automate processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant technical architecture.
- Technical versatility across backend, infrastructure, and LLM integration.
