Job Description
Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer in the New Initiatives AI Labs at Joveo, you will be part of a high-speed, high-stakes "Special Ops" team building the future of recruitment marketing through AI. You will engineer greenfield AI products from concept to production, architecting scalable cloud-native infrastructure and acting as a technical thought partner to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical birth of greenfield AI products from whiteboard sketches to production-ready reality.
- Design and deploy lean, powerful, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS.
- Collaborate directly with CXOs to shape the strategic roadmap.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including development, shipping, maintenance, and scaling.
- Perform rapid prototyping and iteration on AI-driven experiments.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of battle-tested developer experience building and scaling products.
- Deep expertise in the AWS ecosystem.
- A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and automate processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant technical architecture.
- Technical versatility across backend, infrastructure, and LLM integration.
