Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on backend development and AI integration. You will be responsible for designing full-stack architectures, managing API and database designs, and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies including prompt engineering and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack architectures and API designs.
• Manage and design complex database schemas using both SQL and NoSQL.
• Utilize coding agents and perform hands-on prompt engineering for code generation.
• Review and own AI-generated output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and evaluate performance.
• Develop multi-step agentic workflows with tool-calling and orchestration.
• Manage deployment and infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in backend development using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
• 2-4 years of experience in frontend development using React and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector or Chroma.
• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, and on-prem infrastructure (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes).
