Job Description
Role Overview
KAY & Partners is looking for a responsible and organised Backend Executive to assist with the firm's day-to-day administrative, documentation and operational work in Noida.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records, databases and internal trackers
- Handle data entry and documentation work
- Prepare, organise and maintain files and records
- Coordinate with internal teams for the collection and processing of documents
- Follow up on pending documentation and assigned tasks
- Perform other administrative and backend support functions as required
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines
- Prior experience in a law firm, financial institution or professional services environment will be an advantage
