Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Computer Operator / Dispatch Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for receiving customer orders through WhatsApp, processing them on the computer, and managing the dispatch process efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer orders via WhatsApp.
- Enter and update order details in the system.
- Process and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and dispatches.
- Ensure timely and error-free order processing.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
