Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Junior Web Developer to join our web development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing responsive, modern, and performance-focused websites for our clients using WordPress and React.js.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress
- Build responsive web applications and websites using React.js
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related frontend technologies
- Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, fast and cross-browser compatible
- Handle website updates, bug fixes and ongoing maintenance
- Integrate APIs, forms, payment gateways and third-party services when required
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to deliver projects on time
- Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, domains and server management is an advantage
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred
- Freshers with strong practical skills or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- A portfolio of completed websites/projects will be an added advantage
- WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)
Added Advantage
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in backend technologies: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, MySQL, REST APIs, and Hosting & server management
