Client Solutions Intern

Role Overview

This is a 6-month assessment internship in enterprise agentic AI designed to evaluate candidates for a permanent client-solutions role. You will act as the human front-end of the build, understanding client needs and ensuring the AI agents built solve real business problems. This is an in-office role in Gurugram with a path to a full-time PPO.

Responsibilities

• Sit with enterprise clients during discovery calls, workshops, and on-site visits to understand problems in depth.
• Translate client problems into clear briefs detailing agent requirements, integrations, and success metrics.
• Coordinate with the tech team through build and deployment to keep scope, timeline, and client aligned.
• Run demos, gather feedback, and drive the agent from first conversation to live adoption.
• Act as the client's trusted point of contact and the internal voice of the client.
• Identify new opportunities for agentification within existing accounts.

Requirements

• MBA or a sharp, sales-minded individual who loves interacting with people.
• Clear and confident communication skills for engaging with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong instinct for identifying the root problem beneath client requests.
• Structured thinking to turn messy conversations into crisp, actionable briefs.
• Genuine curiosity about AI agents and business operations.
• Availability for full-time, in-office work in Gurugram.
