Role Overview
Greenroom is a mature, enterprise-grade video production and streaming product enabling presenters, producers, and studios to create, broadcast, and manage live content. The designer will work within established patterns and drive incremental improvements while maintaining consistency across this complex producer tool.
Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI design for Greenroom features from discovery through final delivery (flows, wireframes, UI, interaction patterns)
- Collaborate with PM and engineers to define scope, iterate quickly, and ship usable improvements
- Create clickable prototypes and validate concepts with internal stakeholders and users
- Maintain and evolve design patterns to ensure consistency across Brandlive product surfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Work within design systems and contribute to pattern library improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer working on SaaS, Top B2C, or Video/Media products (e.g., Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Twitch)
- Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end product features from discovery to delivery
- Experience working on complex dashboards, multi-role systems, or workflow-heavy products
- Strong product thinking and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ shipped products or major features with clear case studies
