Software Engineer II- Python

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer II - Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should think about issues and solutions analytically and effectively, with a zeal to learn new languages and technologies to stay updated with new technology trends and how they can be applied within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop server-side applications using Python in an agile environment.
• Perform unit testing (UT) and ensure high code coverage.
• Develop REST APIs.
• Set up and manage various servers including MySQL, MongoDB, Apache, NFS, and SMB.
• Work within Linux and Windows environments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and Git.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing server-side applications using Python.
• Excellent programming, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8S).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with Git and Jenkins.
