Python AI/ML Engineer 4+ Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Engineer with 4–5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML solutions. The candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with machine learning models and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Machine Learning and AI solutions using Python.
• Build, train, test, and optimize ML models.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Work with structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML applications.
• Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML applications.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in Python and AI/ML.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Good knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.
• Experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases.
• Experience developing REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of model deployment and ML lifecycle.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of MLflow or similar MLOps tools.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services.
