Frontend Engineering Intern

Role Overview

At Reczee, we are rethinking how recruitment works today. Reczee with its suite of products brings extreme efficiency across all the stakeholders involved in the process along with ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to develop and enhance the core modules of the product, spanning both frontend and backend.
• Understand and clarify requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals before implementing solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development, from designing UI components to building scalable backend APIs.
• Continuously improve the product’s performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in daily sync-ups to discuss progress, roadblocks, and align with the overall development roadmap.
• Optimize codebase, implement best practices, and ensure maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in fullstack development.
• Collaborate on system architecture decisions, database design, and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• React.js experience is a must – gained through internships, side projects, or current work experience.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Express.js, Django, or any backend framework).
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Firebase).
• Good communication skills – ability to clearly articulate ideas, ask questions, and work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Willing to commit at least 3 hours per day and actively participate in daily sync-ups.
• Experience: We love newcomers as long as they bring a "Let's get it done" attitude.
