Python Full Stack Developer (Contract)

Role Overview

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using Angular and Python/FastAPI. This role involves building responsive frontends, secure RESTful APIs, and managing complex database schemas to ensure high-performance application delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance frontend applications using Angular.
• Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Integrate Angular applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Develop business logic and backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Work with Strapi CMS for content management and API integration.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures.
• Write efficient SQL queries and ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
• Implement authentication, authorization, logging, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, and database performance issues.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, scalable, and optimized for performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, architecture, and application quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python and Angular.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms like Strapi.
• Ability to write efficient SQL and optimize database performance.
