Frontend Developer

Role Overview

At Seaverse, we are building the world's most advanced systems for ocean sensing, autonomous robotics, and subsea digital infrastructure. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Front-End & UI/UX Developer Intern to join our team in Mangaluru. You will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation, helping to craft intuitive, seamless interfaces for our deep-ocean intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to gather requirements for marine intelligence and robotics dashboards.
• Design graphic user interface elements, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, responsive code using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Assist in structuring visual layouts and interactive web components for 3D subsea animation sequences and industrial simulations.
• Test and optimize web interfaces for maximum speed, reliability, and cross-device scalability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX design skills and front-end development projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma is highly preferred).
• Solid understanding of web markup (HTML5/CSS3) and foundational JavaScript.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail.
• Genuine interest in deep-ocean technology, marine robotics, or climate tech solutions.
