Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Developer Tutor to train students and aspiring software developers in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, frontend technologies, databases, and web development, along with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging Java Full Stack Development classes.
- Teach Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Train students in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
- Teach frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Explain database concepts and SQL using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Teach students how to develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web applications.
- Guide students through real-world projects and hands-on coding exercises.
- Help students understand software development best practices and coding standards.
- Provide assignments, coding exercises, projects, and assessments.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual guidance.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students prepare for technical interviews and coding assessments.
- Keep students updated with current industry practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Full Stack Development.
- Good knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and software development tools.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in teaching or mentoring Java/Full Stack Development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Comfortable conducting online classes using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
