Software Engineer, Founder’s Office

Role Overview

SureBright is building the world’s first AI-native, agentic warranty company. We’re looking for a high-agency software engineer to work directly with the founders on fast-moving experiments, internal tools, prototypes, growth automations, and website/product initiatives. This is not a traditional engineering role where you only pick up tickets from a roadmap. You’ll help identify opportunities, build scrappy first versions, automate workflows, launch experiments quickly, and turn winning ideas into reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Create automations for sales, marketing, GTM, and ops workflows
• Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms, and conversion flows
• Build small experiments, prototypes, and internal tools at high speed
• Work on integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, marketing tools, and internal systems
• Use AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, to accelerate development and shipping velocity
• Help team test new ideas quickly before they are scaled into core product
• Improve internal workflows through scripts, dashboards, lightweight apps, and agentic automations
• Own projects end-to-end: scoping, building, shipping, measuring results, and iterating

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience building web apps, scripts, automations, and integrations end-to-end
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend
• Ability to ship prototypes fast without losing good engineering judgment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders
