Trainee Software Engineer

Role Overview

WELOIN is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Trainee Software Engineers. We are seeking candidates with exceptional problem-solving abilities, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for technology. This is a full-time, permanent position for freshers, including a 6-month training period. Please note that a Two Year Service-Bond is Mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
• Work both as a consistent team player and independently.
• Prioritize tasks effectively using multi-tasking and time-management skills.
• Apply fundamental programming concepts and logic to solve technical challenges.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferable.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of programming and inherent logic sense.
• Hands-on experience or strong foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Data Structure & Algorithms.
• Ability to commit to a 2-year employment agreement bond.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
