Android Developer Intern (Flutter)

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Mobile developer to join our Engineering team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical design and implementation of new products and enhancements, working across all phases of the development cycle from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Acting as lead iOS and/or Android developer.
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, test and realise products.
• Gather requirements and translate them into elegant functional solutions.
• Build prototypes at the tech scoping stage of projects.
• Working along the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the apps.
• Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.
• Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.
• Optimising performance for the apps.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• Freshers or 6 months+ experience in a related area.
• Experience with iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience with development using HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, and Node.js.
• Basic knowledge with databases and database concepts, including MongoDB and/or Oracle.
• Class work in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
• Strong communicators and team players.
