Role Overview

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand needs, translating those needs into functional software solutions, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and development processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
