Custom Software Engineer

Role Overview

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within retail software environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between retail systems.
