Technical trainer - Full Stack

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Trainer – Full Stack to deliver industry-oriented training and mentor students in modern web development technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, along with the ability to deliver effective technical training through practical sessions and real-time projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training in Full Stack Development technologies.
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students.
• Train students in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js.
• Provide training in back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express.js.
• Train students on databases including MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Guide students in developing real-time and end-to-end web applications.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Conduct technical evaluations and monitor student performance.
• Mentor students and provide technical guidance for projects and assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Full Stack
• Previous experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Trainer, or Mentor will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
