Full-Stack Engineer — Systems Conductor

Role Overview

Bold Business is an AI-first, delivery-first company building production-grade enterprise software, automation engines, and autonomous agent infrastructure. We are looking for Full-Stack Systems Conductors to own feature delivery across our flagship TechForce platform, spanning React/TypeScript frontends, Python/FastAPI backends, and robust PostgreSQL data schemas. You will design robust databases, orchestrate complex systems, and lead background coding agents through rigorous, test-driven implementations.

Responsibilities

• Architect schema-first features, designing strict API boundaries, typed contracts, and database schemas.
• Build and secure module workflows, including recruiter and admin interfaces, REST endpoints, and PostgreSQL relational workflows.
• Establish codebase context by building and using MCP servers and AST-based dependency graphs.
• Orchestrate quality loops by setting up local testing environments and containerized CI/CD checks.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to translate operational processes into technical requirements.
• Stabilize and maintain the platform, addressing production defects and migration support.
• Participate in a rigorous peer-review culture through pull requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience with an active agentic developer loop (CLI-native agent coordination).
• Demonstrable history of collaborative development and peer-reviewed workflows.
• Production-grade competency in React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.
• Mastery of PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and transactional isolation.
• Ability to build robust, decoupled systems and state machines.
• Awareness of enterprise systems (ERP-class platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
