Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

CombineHealth is building payer-aware AI agents to transform healthcare revenue cycle operations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, where the Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power CombineHealth’s AI-driven revenue cycle products, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new features and optimizing performance.
• Integrating with APIs and data sources.
• Writing clean and testable code.
• Collaborating with product, data, and AI teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshooting issues in production and improving development processes and tooling.

Requirements

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills with experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Back-End Web Development skills, including designing APIs, working with databases, and integrating services securely and efficiently.
• Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and experience with version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
