Role Overview

We are looking for a Consultant | ETL Developer to join our team in Gurugram. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, backend services, and application features within the Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions division.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, or maintain data pipelines, backend services, and application features.
• Translate defined requirements into reliable, high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Debug production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support issue resolution.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, including implementation details, assumptions, and key decisions.
• Participate actively in Agile development environments, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide and incorporate constructive feedback during peer code reviews.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or backend application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in PySpark or Spark-based data processing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Git-based development workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
• Working knowledge of cloud and database technologies such as AWS (S3, IAM, RDS) and PostgreSQL.
• Strong foundation in software testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and data validation.
• B.Tech/BE degree.
