AI Content Operations Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Content Operations Intern to support the creation and scaling of AI-generated content. This role depends heavily on proficiency with GenAI tools and content operations, contributing to efficient content development and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize licensed AI tools and internal applications to generate AI-driven content delivered in various learning formats, including interactive and non-interactive experiences.
• Publish AI-generated content into the Learning Management System (LMS) while adhering to instructional design principles to ensure educational effectiveness.
• Demonstrate strong creativity by scripting content like a screenplay writer, visualizing scenarios akin to a director, applying camera positions similar to a cinematographer, and working with audio elements like a composer.
• Perform basic edits and fixes across multiple content types using tools such as Word, Notepad, Photoshop, Audacity, and Clipchamp to refine and enhance output quality.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative techniques and tools to shorten development cycles and improve content production efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and advancements in AI content development to leverage new capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct thorough manual reviews to verify that AI-generated content is accurate, error-free, and meets quality standards.
• Translate content with precision, ensuring linguistic accuracy and contextual appropriateness for target audiences.
• Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve internal content development tools and applications.
