Role Overview

factget builds intelligent agents that automate complex, recurring data pulls for data operations and research teams. This 6-month internship role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. Interns will assist in building, testing, and refining data collection agents, contributing directly to real product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, and refining data collection agents.
• Map data sources and document extraction logic.
• Validate output quality and ensure data accuracy.
• Research online data sources and configure/monitor data runs.
• Troubleshoot issues under guidance from senior team members.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports explaining data provenance.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data workflows and identify edge cases.
• Basic familiarity with data tools or scripting such as SQL or Python.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time independently.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
