Role Overview

The Plasma Physics Research Intern will contribute to experimental and applied research involving plasma physics and its applications in sustainable agriculture and controlled-environment systems. This role involves working at the intersection of agriculture, technology, and sustainability to address challenges like climate change and food security.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and experimental design.
• Perform data collection and analysis.
• Provide simulation and modeling support.
• Document experimental procedures and findings.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on plasma-based solutions such as Plasma-Activated Water (PAW), plant growth, and nutrient management.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Physics, with exposure to Plasma Physics or Applied Physics.
• Understanding of energy–matter interactions or related experimental concepts.
• Interest or experience in computational modeling, simulation, or experimental design.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment and follow safety protocols.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
