Software Test Engineer

Role Overview

Fixonnest Solution is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Test Engineer to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable and high-performance software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects and bugs.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Validate software against business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
• Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
• Ensure software reliability, usability, and performance standards are met.
• Test web, desktop, and mobile applications for functionality and compatibility.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required.
• Follow software testing best practices and quality assurance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant software testing experience can apply.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Pune.
