IT Infrastructure Engineer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Infrastructure Engineer Intern to join our IT Infrastructure and Technology team. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to server administration, virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity, while supporting the infrastructure on which business applications and software platforms operate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining on-premises physical servers and virtual machines.
• Support virtualization environments and VM lifecycle management.
• Administer Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Provide first-level technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Assist with firewall configuration, monitoring, and VPN configuration.
• Deploy and manage Seqrite Antivirus and Endpoint Security.
• Monitor server and VM availability using Zabbix, Grafana, and SigNoz.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Frontend, Backend, and Full-Stack development.
• Interest in building a career in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off).
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn system administration and networking.
