Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Python, Deep Learning, and practical knowledge of Quantum Computing / Quantum Machine Learning (QML).
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms using Python.
- Develop and maintain ML pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Research and explore Quantum Computing and Quantum Machine Learning techniques and their practical applications.
- Work with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, PennyLane, or Cirq.
- Explore hybrid classical–quantum machine learning approaches.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Machine Learning, AI, and Quantum Computing.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning / AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and related ML libraries.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals such as qubits, quantum gates, quantum circuits, and quantum algorithms.
- Practical or academic experience with Quantum Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of at least one quantum computing framework: Qiskit, PennyLane, or Cirq.
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
