Role Overview

IqraSec Academy is seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Web Application Penetration Testing Intern. You will gain practical exposure to web application security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing methodologies through structured tasks, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform authorized security testing of web applications in controlled environments.
• Identify and analyze common web application vulnerabilities.
• Work with industry-standard penetration testing tools and techniques.
• Document security findings and prepare basic vulnerability reports.
• Complete assigned security tasks and projects within the given timelines.
• Follow responsible disclosure, ethical hacking, and security best practices.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity or computer networks.
• Strong interest in Web Application Security and Penetration Testing.
• Willingness to learn and practice independently.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience is not mandatory.
