Customer Success Engineer(Internship)

Role Overview

LineupX is looking for a Customer Success Intern who is passionate about technology and enjoys interacting with customers. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer onboarding, product implementation, technical troubleshooting, and product testing while working closely with the Customer Success and Product teams. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Product.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions.
• Support customers via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Help customers understand product features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
• Reproduce reported bugs and document findings.
• Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Test newly developed features before release and execute test cases.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, SQL, or web technologies.
• Quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
